Welcome to Rydal Mount, a three-bed pet-friendly flat. The flat is perfectly situated to explore the stunning surroundings and is conveniently located, a short 10-minute walk from Carmarthen town. This property boasts 3 bedrooms, accommodating up to 5 guests and is an ideal base to explore Carmarthenshire and nearby Pembrokeshire. The property also boasts an enclosed, furnished outdoor area, and warmly welcomes pets, ensuring that every member of your family can enjoy a memorable vacation. Rydal Mount is at the gateway to Pembrokeshire and just south of the Brecon Beacons. Its position at the end of the M4 means the property is a great base to allow guests to easily explore all that West Wales has to offer. The owner has very athletic Bearded collies and terriers and they enjoy the freedom of the garden with its 6 ft fences and double gated alleyway. Close proximity to town but also great walks for dogs straight from the door. Just over an hour from Builth Wells showground. You will access the basement flat via the side of the property and down some stairs. As you enter the property, you will walk into the open-plan kitchen/ living room area which is ideal for entertaining. The room overlooks the large/ private and secure lawned garden. This space is ideal for your pets to enjoy. Inside there will be a comfortable sofa for relaxing and watching television (Netflix and Amazon are available but guests to use their own log-on details) and a kitchen with all the amenities needed for home dining. Larger appliances include hob, cooker, fridge and freezer. Smaller appliances include the microwave, kettle and toaster. There is a dining table in the kitchen area which is currently set up for 2 guests but can be folded out to ensure all 5 guests can enjoy dining (additional chairs will be found in the bedrooms). The kitchen overlooks the living room which benefits from two large sofas. A sliding double door allows guests to enjoy views over the garden as well as access to the patio area directly outside and down to the garden. As you walk through the flat, the first bedroom will be on the right. This large room has a super king-size bed which can also be set up as two singles (although this will need to be requested upon booking). With ample space for storage, it's the perfect space for a restful night's sleep. The bedroom has a large wardrobe with bedside cabinets and a dressing table. The second bedroom offers guests a double bed with views overlooking the garden and a large chest of drawers for storage. The third bedroom with single bed is ideal for one guest. Fresh white bedding and towels, including a hand towel and bath towel, are provided per person. The bathroom features a bath with an overhead shower. Take a leisurely soak, allowing the stress to melt away, or enjoy a refreshing shower to start your day off right. Hotel-sized toiletries and enough toilet paper to last the first few days will be provided. The enclosed outdoor area at the back of the property provides a safe haven for pets and children to play, along with outdoor furniture for al-fresco dining. The garden has 6-foot fencing all around and has kept previous furry guests safe and secure, however, this will depend on the breed and owners will inevitably need to take responsibility for their pets while enjoying their stay at Rydal Mount. Note that there is a few steps down to the lawned garden but guests will enjoy walking through and taking in the fresh smell of mint as they approach the lawn. You'll find off-road parking for one car on the private drive, ensuring convenience and peace of mind throughout your stay.
Location was amazing for us as our purpose to come to Carmarthen was to visit our daughter and her family. Madeleine's place is just two houses away. There were issues in the beginning of our stay but it wasn't a problem. It was addressed immediately. The team of Pass the Keys were quick to respond and assist with our concerns. Other than that, we had a great stay at Madeleine's.
