What a beautiful and peaceful location on the Caddo River. Comfortable accommodations, spacious outside deck, and water front property. Extremely helpful, proactive, and responsive hosts.

One of the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in and probably the best host I’ve encountered. Could not have picked a better location. Love love love the creek and close river access, local people are kind and the surroundings are just beautiful

Beautiful tiny home. As mentioned in other reviews the outside porch area and shower makes the home feel larger. My family really enjoyed the river access. We would 100% stay again. The surrounding homes made us a bit nervous as they were in varied states of disrepair. However we felt completely safe once we settled in. Bring a light to unload your car no front porch light. The outdoor shower was a useful amenity post digging at the crystal dig. There a few tiny preventative maintenance things that are undone but would be quick fixes. Clocks without batteries, ceiling fan and above kitchen sink lights both burned out and shower curtain could use a good clean. There wasn’t a bath mat and we got two towels for 3 people for two days. We found the linens dirty for the pull out but the host was immediately responsive and willing to drive over at midnight if needed. There are plenty of great options for movie night in the provided library. I would give them a 90/100. Near perfect stay.

This place was exactly as described! Perfectly nuzzled right in the middle of a very small town. The Dollar General just down the road had all the groceries we needed for a few days. Check in was easy and the house was very comfortable for our family of 4. The kids loved fishing in the river behind the house and the back deck was a perfect spot for late night hangouts. The front entrance is pretty dark at night so if arriving late, bring a headlamp. The TV in the living room is a little obstructed by the fridge, but that was really only a problem when it was raining outside. G maps takes you right to the house. Will definitely stay again when we come back for the local recommendations!
