The perfect oasis for family reunions, wedding parties and special occasions. Located just north of Webb City and situated on 2 acres, relax with the whole family at this peaceful retreat! The heated pool allows guests swim from April 1 to October 31. The open Kitchen/Dining/Living room allow enough space for the group to enjoy their time together. Do you need more entertainment? The basement has a bar, billiards and a great place to watch TV or movies. 4800 SQ FEET!!! No Cleaning fee The house has a Master Bedroom, Kitchen/Living/Dining room, 2 other bedrooms with a Jack and Jill Bath on the Main Floor. Down Stairs is a Bar/Billiard/Family room area and 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom There is also a Loft that overlooks the main level. The outdoor pool area has ample room and is also partially covered. The driveway has ample parking.

Great place for our family gathering, with plenty of space for preparing and eating meals, playing games (including pool) and enjoying the company. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the utensils, serve ware, etc. that we needed and more. Roomy and comfortable bedrooms. Plenty of parking and space outside for outdoor activities. Kirk was very helpful and accommodating.
Very friendly, responsive host. Beds were very comfortable and the house is well maintained.

Amazing home! We travel as a big family and this home couldn’t have been more perfect for us. We all loved it! Plenty of toys and games for the little kids. The pool table was a favorite for the older kids and adults. We all loved the pool. Tons of space! Great host… very friendly and always responded quickly.. Can’t wait to go back!
