This is a two apartments building, this place is located in the second floor. Get ready for 60 steps in a very confortable marble stairs This exquisitely renovated house is a truly hidden gem because it preserves the original ceilings art work, the furniture, the colonial mosaics floors and the majestic cedar doors and windows from 1930s. The living room is just beautiful, all the furniture belonged to Mario’s grandma and he made an exquisite restorations work to bring them back to life, here you will see more contemporary Cuban photography. The dining room will be your favorite area on the house, where you can enjoy a homemade style breakfast, you can receive a Cuban cocktails lesson, or experience a rum tasting. The three spacious bedrooms are full of natural light, two of them next to each other (connective rooms, ideal for families with kids) and with access to a huge balcony where you can enjoy the city life. All the bedrooms are perfectly air-conditioned and they also have all the amenities you will love like brand new mattresses, hangers, safety boxes, iron and fresh flowers every morning. They will provide you all the tranquility and peace you will need after a long day discovering the city. We have a 1 huge bathroom and another smaller and they both have all the amenities of a 5 stars hotel . The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances necessary to make your owns snacks, baby food or meals. It also has a fully stocked fridge with all kind of drinks (beers, water, juices, soft-drinks)

I highly recommend staying with this host. My family and I had a great time during our visit and the hosts were always responsive and helpful. The next time I stay, it will be with them again.
I want to thank Mario & Yoly for hosting me and my friends at their place. Our stay in Havana was great. The place location was very close to Old Town and walkable to many interesting places! Even though we didn’t meet in person, manager Alexander was sweet and friendly. He explained everything when we arrived and gave as many good tips where to go and what to do in the city. I can highly recommend the place the interior is stunning I loved the high ceilings and beautiful vintage style tiles throughout the entire apartment The location is walkable to Old Havana (I would say 10/15mins) The flat it’s nice and clean , rooms are spacious with a beautiful balconies overlooking busy streets of Havana Alexander was the person who helped us with any questions we had , he is lovely and helpful guy He also offered us a mobile phone with a data that we could hotspot our phones Thank you Alex and the team 😊

First let me say Alexander the on the ground host was fantastic in every way! Excellent communication! Super helpful! Beds were comfortable, everything worked well! Hot water, great AC! Alexander helped us arrange massages! Excellent services! Internet access was the icing on the cake! Would recommend highly! We felt very safe and secure.

Centro Habana is a municipality in the north and central part of the province of Havana, between the districts of Old Havana and Vedado. The municipality is a must visit spot, because it houses some of the most relevant buildings in Havana and due to it’s a midpoint between the most tourist areas in the province.
It's considered one of the best neighborhoods to stay in Havana, since people can appreciate the real Cuba.
Nearby, you will find many attractions, restaurants, bars, nightclubs, cinemas and theaters that host the hectic Havana nightlife, full of different people.
This is an authentic Cuban neighborhood, where you will blend in with the locals, enjoy the local sights, sounds and smells, take breathtaking pics and experience the 'real' Cuba.

In case transportation is needed, guests will be able to catch a taxi easily outside the building.

- Collective Taxis: shared with other people, the driver has a route to follow and you can get in and get off wherever you want.
- Private Taxis: expensive but most confortable option
- Coconut Taxis (Just for two people)
- Bicycle Taxi (just inside the neighborhood)
