The stay was cozy, super clean and exactly what we were looking for! Not too long of drives/ubers to wherever we planned on going for the day!
Very clean! Comfy beds! Awesome kitchen area and back patio! Even played ring toss for the first time in years! Highly recommended
Nice Apartment. Nice kitchen with a lot of utensils. Also nice to have a washing machine and dryer. Also there was enough detergent. One night I could here the trains passing. I am very sensitive to noises. And when the AC was on you heard it at night. Otherwise it was an nice apartment. Michael was also very friendly in his communication.
The place was clean and perfect for our stay! Host was very welcoming, responsive, and accommodating! Would recommend.

This home is located in a diverse, working class neighborhood. The general area has seen tremendous growth and investment - many homes have been recently renovated like ours, while others are still in need of renovations. If you are not comfortable with this, and feel as though this type of location may negatively impact your review, we kindly ask that you do not book our home. Please also note that North Charleston is home to lots of trains, planes, and automobiles. Although this neighborhood is set back from the main road, you could hear any of these at any time :)
Generally speaking, it is preferable to travel by car in and around Charleston. That being said, the proximity of our home to the airport, downtown, etc., makes getting around via Uber very much doable.

Originally from southeastern Massachusetts, I moved to Charleston, SC after falling in love with the area while vacationing there. I am extremely fortunate to have had the opportunity to serve my local community for 8 years as a firefighter, and am equally fortunate to have been able to leave the fire department so that I could focus on traveling and spending time with my wife, 2 children, and our sweet puggle. Having successfully owned and operated multiple short-term rental properties over the past 8 years as well, my passion for serving others, and for having a positive impact on my community, has led to the creation of the SynergyStays hospitality brand. Our properties are centered on creating an experience that benefits both the traveler AND the location - we prioritize progress for the benefit of the local communities in which we operate.
