This place was the perfect little home to stay as some guests and I went to PAX East. it was clean and tidy, everything was easy to find and use. Check-in was flexible and really easy. House rules were simple and checking out was a breeze. The hosts were incredibly responsive to questions from the other guests who've never BnB'd before, and they were always quick to give a suggestion to local food places for us to try. The parking on the right was a bit tight, and the on street parking - with how slim the road was - was a bit of a challenge, but once we knew what to expect, it was a breeze to navigate and cram everyone's car in for the day. the only "unusual" thing was the large chemical tank outside the window. Not the most picturesque environment, but all you gotta do is walk down the street and the bay is right there. We were not bothered by this as, stated before, we were mostly traveling into Boston for our say. Just figured it was worth mentioning for the scenery-oriented folks
Great quiet and comfortable place centrally located
Kathy is very responsive, and accommodating. She provided extra work desk for us. Space has 3 bedrooms, we were able to have desk for n two of the rooms to work. No problem with the Wi-Fi. Kitchen and bathtub very small. But has all the supplies you need to make easy meals. It was nice she provided a snack basket with a variety of goodies. Neighborhood is quiet with many good restaurants nearby. Highly recommend Bay Pointe waterfront Restaurant and The Lobster Stop.
