Surprisingly spacious compact accommodation. Really comfortable and convenient with everything you need for a break away. Spotlessly clean and tidy. Christina was very welcoming.

Great caravan and quiet site! Lots to do and great that you could walk to supermarket. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

Lovely stay for a few days. Close to Rye and Camber where we spent most days. Convenient shop Jempsons next door. We didn’t manage to go to the pub on site as out and about a lot but some lovely dog friendly pubs close by, The Globe worth a visit. A bit muddy around the home but Christina pre warned us of this - just due to the amount of rain we’ve had.

Stayed here while visiting friends in the area. We checked in at the Cock Inn the accommodation was located behind the pub, ground was a bit muddy after all the rain we had but wasnt a huge problem for us and Christina had warned us. The place was spotless, fresh linen and towels, clean crockery, decent cooking equipment, warm and cosy place to hunker down during the storm and rain we had. We enjoyed a pub meal the first night we arrived and Christina was very friendly and helpful. We cooked for ourselves the next night as kitchen equipment was plentiful. Not much in Peasmarsh itself, some footpaths for dog walking but again a bit muddy so didnt venture too far. Local supermarket within walking distance. Short trip by car to Rye, Rye Harbour and Camber Sands so we enjoyed walking dogs along the beach and pottering around Rye. Too many eateries to choose from! Was perfect for what we needed and very quiet during our time there.
