We had a wonderful time staying at the Pell! Exactly as pictured, friendly staff, clean rooms, great outdoor area and short 10 min ride from the downtown Newport area! Would highly recommend and come back!

What an absolutely beautiful place. The place was so clean and beautiful. I complimented it upon arrival and learned it was newly renovated exactly one year ago from today. I was pleasantly impressed and very pleased with not only the cleanliness but the impressive staff. Would highly recommend and would definitely return in the future if I am in the area
We very much enjoyed our night at the Pell the room was comfortable and clean. The front desk was friendly and checking in and out was easy. Close enough to downtown Newport. We checked out online and they said they would send a receipt I haven’t received it yet. They also charged our credit card $50 for incidentals. Which I see is still on my credit card. We did drink the two bottles of water but I doubt they cost $50. I’m hopeful that it’s just taking a day or so to get it sorted. But in general it was a very nice stay. I would recommend
