One of those places where everything is just right, from the well equipped kitchen to the nicely decorated furniture. Location could not be better, walking distance of boulangerie, traiteur and supermarket and if you are willing to put in some effort a 20 minute hike to the old town of Villefranche Sur Mer. Even Nice old town can be reached by foot ( 40 min downhill ). The small bedroom has a good quality and comfortable fold up bed. Tennis court could use some maintenance but for an occasional game ok. Easy private parking on the property behind a gate. One thing to note is that there is only ariconditioning in the living room, not in the bedrooms. Also, as the building is between the crossroads of the two main streets there is some traffic noise especially in the weekends with the bedroom windows open. Nevertheless, definitely a fantastic place to enjoy the Côte d'Azur!

Que du bonheur ! très bel appartement vraiment spacieux et lumineux. Grande terrasse face à la mer idéal pour les apéros ou se poser avec un livre ! Un grand séjour équipé d'un canapé très très accueillant. Le tout dans un beau parc arboré. Piscine extra et accès au court de tennis facile. L'accès au centre ville et bord de mer très rapide à pied. Des commerces de qualité à 5 minutes à pied au col de Villefranche. Enfin, les hôtes nous ont accueillit à notre arrivée et ont pris le temps de nous faire faire le tour de la résidence et de l'appartement. Communication excellente.

Zeer aangename, rustige en goed onderhouden residentie. De accomodatie was top en aangenaam functioneel ingericht. Het zwembad straalde rust en gezelligheid uit en is mooi onderhouden. Onze host Cyrill was top! Hij zorgde voor een warme ontvangst met oog voor detail: fles gekoelde rosé in de frigo en een zak ijsblokken in de diepvries. Zeer vlotte communicatie! Het was fantastisch!
