Eine wunderschöne, geschmackvoll und hochwertig ausgestattete Wohnung mit tollem Blick auf das Meer. Die Wohnung ist ruhig und der Tiegaragenstellplatz sehr praktisch. Der Supermarkt ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und der Hafen von Nizza in ca. 30 Minuten. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Türe und man kann bis Nizza, oder auch bis Monaco oder zu anderen Orten fahren. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und einen tollen Urlaub gehabt. Wir können die Wohnung ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen! Vielen Dank an Jordan und Anne!

Très bonne semaine dans cet appartement. Endroit magnifique, spacieux, propre. On y pensera sûrement pour nos prochaines fois à Nice !

We stayed here for a week in January and it was perfect! The location is excellent- a great view of the Med, quiet building, and a bus stop right at the door to go to Nice or further east. It is also walkable if you prefer. There is a large grocery store a short walk away which was very convenient. The washer and dryer worked well, and the balcony was ideal for watching the sunset. The only challenge was parking to find the lockbox before we could enter the secure parking area. It is only a few hundred feet beyond the entrance to the apartment, but when we arrived the road was quite busy at rush hour and there was no convenient place to stop coming from Nice. Better to arrive from Villefranche side so you can pull off into a driveway to retrieve the keys.
