Wow! Carlotta’s villa is the best place ever! We chose it as the venue to celebrate my Mum’s 60th birthday, and it really was a special experience. Carlotta was fantastic from the get-go, she went out of her way to help us get from the train station to the villa, and she even left us a tray of pastries, a basket of bread, and a bowl of local mozzarella (it really was the best we’ve ever tasted). The villa itself was beautiful, the surroundings are breathtaking – a wonderful pool, gardens and access to a lovely beach. We were a short drive from both Terracina and picturesque Sperlonga. A car is definitely needed for trips and shopping. Overall this really was a 5 star stay. Huge thanks to Carlotta and Aldo for making it a truly memorable experience.

We stayed one week at Villa Carlotta with the family of 12 people, and everybody loved the place. Beautiful swimingpool in a garden with a seavew, marwellous clean beach in the backyard and the children could not get enough from the water. And we loved the round outdoor diningtable for 12, were we stayed in the evenings with barbecue and fun. We had a perfect week of celebration of the 70 yrs of mam/grandma with the whole family. Wow, we loved this place! Such an amazing time. We’ll be back for sure! We stayed with my in-laws and friends at Carlotta's place and had the best experience imaginable. Carlotta is a great host and is there when you need her. She is very nice and wants to share everything about the area. A lovely house equipped with everything you need. Good bedrooms and nice bathrooms. The WiFi is strong, so my husband and I could do work Zoom calls without any issues. The house is located right on the beach, and we walked there every single day because it was so close. The pool is very nice. And there is an outside dining table so you can sit and watch the sea daily during meals. Highly recommend this to anyone visiting Italy looking for a beautiful and comfortable stay. We had a great time!

Carlotta’s villa was incredible! The villa had the perfect layout with incredible views. We especially enjoyed having the pool. Carlotta responded very quickly any time we reached out. First, we ended up missing our connecting flight due to a delay and were not able to meet her until 7 hours later and she quickly rearranged her schedule to accommodate us. In addition there was a bad storm which resulted in a power outage, Carlotta had someone at the house within 10 minutes and it was fixed quickly. It was also very close to some beautiful towns and a train station for us to go to Rome and Florence. We will definitely be staying at her villa again next time we return to Italy!
