The host was very attentive prior to our arrival, making sure everything was set up perfectly for us. He waited for us in the house, despite our late arrival and was flexible and easy to understand. The house has a fantastic location (right on the beach), and the local shop and restaurant (5 min walk) was exactly what we wanted - great italian food, fresh bread, ham and cheese ++ and friendly staff. 15 min drive will get you to Sperlonga or Terracina, and 20 min to Fondi - all worth visiting.
