Please note that Mar Villa offers a cozy and rustic beach house ambiance, rather than a luxury modern vacation home. It has been our cherished family home for 14 years, and we are ecstatic to now share its warm and inviting atmosphere with you. Step inside our open-concept home and prepare to be captivated. As you enter, the breathtaking view of the ocean awaits you, perfectly framed behind the dining table. To the left, discover a fully-equipped kitchen, and to the right, a cozy living room beckons you to unwind. The main floor boasts one of the bedrooms, while upstairs you'll find the remaining four, including the magnificent master bedroom. Each of the five rooms offers a luxurious king bed, ensuring the utmost comfort and a restful night's sleep. Venture out to our patio, where a stunning infinity pool awaits. An amazing property. The view is unmatched. Plenty of room for our two families of 4 adults and 4 kids. Being at the end of the road without a house next door, we felt very private. Great respite from a day at the public beaches. The kids were able to play in the pool without worry that we would be bothering a neighbor. It had everything we needed in the kitchen and for linens, etc. Beach chairs were provided and so nice to have! Plus lots of pool toys and noodles kept the kids well occupied for hours, while the adults were able to relax and enjoy the view. Seriously, the view is amazing! The place was not perfect, but pretty darn close. It's a rough environment being right at the ocean so there is some natural wear on the property, and we had a few minor issues that were addressed right away by the host. Host is great with communication. They would respond to an email within a few minutes at most and we never felt like we were a bother with our questions or concerns.
The views from the house and the area were stunning. Pool was terrific and one could walk to a public and pretty private small beach. Spending time outside was great and always inviting.
Amazing Stay!! Family vacation with 8 adults. We arrived after a long travel day to snacks and breakfast items so we didn't need to rush out for groceries. We were celebrating a special birthday and Paola helped order and then DELIVERED the birthday cake. The listing description refers to "rustic beach ambiance", but the home is beautiful with a fabulous kitchen, all 5 beds were incredibly comfortable, the views of the sea are breathtaking from everywhere in the house, deck, infinity pool. The Hosts were very responsive and immediately answered any questions we had. Easy drive to San Juan. Location allowed us to explore North, East and South Coast on different day trips. Felt like a resort on the days we stayed to float in the beautiful pool. Not to mention the amazing views at Mar Chiquita, just a few minutes walk or drive from the house. Would highly recommend spending your next trip to PR here!

The hosts were extraordinarily friendly and accommodating. The place is truly amazing. The house, pool and the views as well as the proximity to beaches and nature were all superb. Would highly recommend the place and hosts to anyone looking to visit the island!!!
