Decorated with exquisite taste and attention to detail, it is perfect for a unique holiday in Tenerife. This spectacular property is ideal for families, friends, couples and business trips, as it has 300mb fibre Wifi Internet and a desk, designed for teleworking. Completely exterior and very bright, it is perfect for lovers of the coast and people who like hiking in an ideal environment. It has capacity for 3 people, a nice and spacious bedroom with queen size bed and access to the cosy terrace of the house. With a bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with all appliances open to the spacious living-dining room, which has a 50" Smart TV, a comfortable sofa-bed and access to the cozy and beautiful terrace of the house, where you can relax and have lunch while enjoying the atmosphere of the place. Furthermore, from the terrace you can access the private solarium with chill out area, located at the top, through the spiral staircase, perfect for relaxing and sunbathing. It has a lift and a communal swimming pool with views of Montaña Roja, for adults and children, in the quiet residential complex in which it is located. With the beach just a few steps away from the property, in one of the most beautiful villages of Tenerife. In addition to being very well located, very close to the South airport and with a quick connection to the motorway.

Lovely modern apartment,but strangely no pillows,just scatter cushions and only 4 clothes hangers..great roof terrace for very private sunbathing and lovely pool for swimming even in February, lovely week in sun..
The apartment we had was super. Very clean and modern. We particularly enjoyed relaxing on the roof terrace and the furniture there was so comfortable. The pool was well maintained and a pleasure to spend time in after a hot day.

El piso era precioso; la comunicación con la empresa muy buena; hubo un ligero mal entendido que entendieron con bastante empatía y se mostraron muy pendientes en todo momento; Noemí, la persona que nos recibió es un encanto, le daría 10 estrellas, amable, simpática y muy pendiente de todo detalle, sin duda es una persona que hace su trabajo no solo de forma profesional si no q te hace sentir muy bien acogido.
Tolles Appartement in einer fast neuen, sehr schönen und gepflegten Anlage. Alles wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Sehr herzliche und unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe durch Noemie. Top die Dachterrasse mit Blick auf den Teide. Strand, Supermarkt und Restaurants nur 200 Meter entfernt. Zwei Kritikpunkte: Es muss strickt Nachtruhe ab 22 Uhr eingehalten werden, da nebenan eine Familie mit Kind wohnt und die Wände ein wenig dünn sind. Da es auch Nachts sehr mild war, hatten wir stets die Balkontür im Schlafzimmer offen, dadurch wurde man des Öfteren mitten in der Nacht durch die doch recht laute Müllabfuhr geweckt. Achtung: Am schönen Strand von La Tejita liefen einige Strandbesucher komplett nackt über den gesamten Strandbereich. Es gibt dort zwar auch einen Nudistenbereich, aber darauf wurde sich nicht beschränkt. Wer sich daran stört sollte den Strand meiden.

The area closest to the village is the most familiar and with the least amount of waves. As you go along the promenade you will find surf shops, restaurants and cafes, in a very cosmopolitan atmosphere.
The area farthest from the village is ideal for windsurfing and kitesurfing. World famous championships such as the World Windsurfing and Kitesurfing Championships are usually held here.
The apartment is located in La Tejita, a few steps from the beach.
