Welcome to The Palm Breeze The Palm Breeze is a townhouse located in a set of 6 in The Rainbow Breeze Complex. Newly renovated, three level townhouse in a prime location in Rainbow Beach, with ocean views from two separate balconies. Sit on the balcony overlooking the ocean and Fraser Island (K’Gari), with a glass of wine or tea in had, listening to the chirping of the birds and rustling of the trees. This unit offers a stress free stay, no need to pack anything but your suitcase, as it is a fully equipped apartment. The beach is less than a 10min casual walk away, along with the local shops (in case you forget anything), restaurants and attractions. You’ll have the best time and go home completely relaxed. The Space: The ground level features the entrance and garage (garage currently unavailable for parking car in while laundry renovations are underway) with a washing machine and clothes dryer (available for use). The second level has 2 bedrooms, one with a king size bed and a balcony and the other holding a queen size bed. Both rooms have ceiling fans and lush bedding, for your comfort. A full bathroom is located between both rooms. The third level, you will find a separate toilet, the full sized kitchen with a full sized fridge, dishwasher, all the kitchen essentials and more. The living area is off the kitchen, meeting a second balcony where you will find outdoor dining and sweeping views of the ocean. The home is fully stocked with everything you need. Think linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash, smart TV and DVD player, WiFi, a selection of DVDs and games, portable Bluetooth music speaker, and beach supplies (beach towels, kids beach toys, beach umbrella, beach cabana, picnic rug and portable 36 can cooler bag on wheels). Large range of teas, organic coffee and milk provided. A shared pool and outdoor shower is also located on the property but the beach is only minutes away. The space doesn’t have air conditioning but being a 3 level townhouse so close to the water, open up l the doors and windows and you catch the most sensational sea breeze all day (just don’t forget to close them all when you check out). Guest access The access to the property is up the shared driveway to the complex and parking in front of unit 6 garage door (partly covered). There is plenty of on street parking if you have multiple cars and directly in front of the Rainbow Breezes complex there is a large grassed area that boasts ample parking for your boat and other large water toys! Other things to note One night stays are available on request. It will incur the full cleaning fee of $180. Regarding children and infants >> whilst we welcome you to bring them, please note it is under your full supervision at all times. Please consider that this is a 3 level home with an inability to close off all access to stairs for the littlies. We provide plastic dinnerware, cups & cutlery as a standard. We also have a high chair, travel cot and x 1 baby gate for the top level are onsite free of charge on request at time of booking (please request at time of booking, if you fail to do so, it will not be accessible after you have arrived). You will need to bring your own cot linen as it is not provided.
