Port St. Joe · 整个房源 · 1室0床1.0卫 · 可住3人 · Stay By The Bay -Boat Parking & Kayaks Included!
Spacious boat parking + the use of 2 kayaks! Enjoy the nostalgia of a '55 RV. 1 block walk to the bay! Near downtown, the boat ramp, parks, pickleball, bike trails and playgrounds. Location is everything here! Watch sunsets on the observation deck, spend time by the fire pit, fish, enjoy the natural beauty of the Forgotten Coast. 10-15 min to the beaches of IP/CSB! Please note: the private bathroom is detached from the camper. Camper has a sink, coffee maker, fridge, basic appliances. The RV has one common space for sleeping and the small kitchenette with retro fridge. There is plenty of outdoor space as well. This is the (mostly) original floorplan, so you can see how RV'ers lived in the 50's in this game-changing trailer. Please note, however, that it IS a cozy 22-foot RV with a kitchenette, not a large house on wheels. If you're here for the adventure, beach experience, and to be outdoors, it will suit your needs perfectly. There is a paver patio with firepit, the observation deck, an egg chair, and a dining table on the lower level of the deck. Ample parking for boat and car. You can even flush/rinse your boat here. The beds are memory foam. The one under the bunk is very firm, and the one next to it is medium-firm. The bed in the middle is medium. The kitchenette includes a fridge, toaster, basic cookware/bowls/utensils and a coffee maker. A camp stove is also available with cast iron pots. A fish cleaning table is also available. The detached bathroom is private and louvered, so it is technically an outdoor-style bathroom but very private. It contains some sand toys and other items for your convenience. Please return everything rinsed and in the same or better condition as you found them for the next guest. There is space to rinse the kayaks - you can just prop them up on the green wall to make rinsing and draining easier. If you use the kayaks, you can walk them to the bay or drive them there (the beach has space for cars to pull up and park.). Bring water shoes! The Bay is right outside your door, and it has SO much sea life. It is shallow for a long way out, so kayak, fish, and just walk around. If you snorkel, please follow the laws and bring a dive flag. Bring your bikes or use our 2 basic ones! There are bike trails and parks with playgrounds, outdoor gym equipment, and fields. For a bit of history, this RV was the first one to caravan to Cuba and Belize!
We had a wonderful stay and a great time in Port St Joe, it really is a beautiful place and friendly too. We thought the airstream was so cute and cosy with such attention to detail, it suited us down to the ground. Mark & Jeanne are great hosts, very responsive and helpful with recommendations. We wouldn't hesitate to visit again if we came back.
Quiet, residential, friendly
Ample parking. You can bike or walk many places.
