This home was built in the 70s, and has been updated, but is not a luxury home. -If you are looking to be in walking distance to the beach or downtown. As listed we are 6.7 miles from both. -If you are looking for a large dining room table. Due to previous renovations, there is only room for a 4 person table which is in the kitchen. Hulu/Amazon Prime/ Disney+ is provided on all 5 Tvs, but we don't have cable. Each bedroom comes with 2 clean towels, washcloths, and makeup remover cloths. 3/4 bedrooms have desks and chairs if you have working members in your party! Each bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cotton pads, Q-tips, hair dryers and teeth pickers. Bedroom 1- Master Bedroom- This space includes a king bed, full bathroom with walk in shower, large closet, window AC unit, desk and chair, 40in TV, box fan, noise machine, full length mirror, and space heater. This room has the door that leads into the back yard in it. Bedroom 2- This space includes a queen bed, half bathroom, large closet, desk and chair, 43in TV, box fan, noise machine, space heater, blackout curtains, and floor length mirror. Bedroom 3- This space includes a full bed, large closet, desk and chair, 32in TV, box fan, noise machine, space heater, blackout curtains, and wall mirror. Bedroom 4- This space includes a queen bed, large closet, and 32in TV. There is a full bathroom with tub in the hallway as well! The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates, forks, cups, mugs, a large fridge/freezer, SMALL dishwasher, and 12 cup coffee pot. There is also a front loading washer and dryer available for you to use! The living room has a 43in TV, seating for 6, board games, and books for your enjoyment! There is an outdoor table with 4 chairs, umbrella, and a hose for your use. We like to remind guests that as we are in the southeast and on the coast. We professionally get our property sprayed monthly in the summer and quarterly throughout the year, but there are bugs here. We try and keep outside bugs outside as much as possible, but they can find their way inside occasionally. Keeping the front and back door shut and turning off any lights that aren’t being used will help keep bug activity to a limit. We have free parking for up to 5 vehicles. A $100 fee is applied for any pet waste left. Please pick up all poop! You are responsible for any and all damages done to the home and fees will apply if anything is damaged. There is NO smoking in the home. If you smoke, we ask you to smoke in the backyard away from the home, and to clean up any cigarette butts. Please be aware of quiet hours from 10pm-8am, especially outside.
