A private and peaceful country Cabin retreat for two, The Cabin boasts a covered veranda outside dinning and chill out sofa, Totally unique not constructed as a rental but lovingly created for us to enjoy as a family, There's an abundance of bird life and some stunning local walks through the enchanting holloways around The Coker's, Easy access (25mins) walk to local pubs (50mins) drive to the Jurassic coast and local beaches like Lyme Regis, 5 mins to local town (Yeovil) The cabin consists of a great sized living room/kitchen a separate double bedroom with an en-suite shower room with a sink and toilet its a great size shower @ 1000mmx 900mm on arrival you will find Tea Coffee Sugar and milk in the fridge there's a welcome basket of eggs bread and sometimes (season permitting) some veggies straight from the garden, The kitchen is equipped with a 2 ring gas hob a microwave and an air fryer a fridge and all the pots and pans you might need, There's a smart TV linked to your own dedicated Wifi with Amazon fire stick allowing you to sign into your own Netflicks , Prime etc account. There's a log burner although we only use this during winter months (Nov to Feb) There's a indoor drop leaf table and comfy sofa and chair . The lounge opens out onto the weather proof veranda which gives you shade from sun and protection from the rain and a beautiful country view all from a large dining table and a separate relaxing sofa area to catch sunset There's 1 allocated parking spot in the yard and more space outside the cabin if required

Henry's cabin is perfect for relaxing, it is beautifully quiet, all you can hear are the birds, the tawny owl & occasionally the sheep in the distance. The bed is super comfortable, as is the sofa & I really liked being able to sit outside on the little sofa, drinking my first cup of tea! The log burner is amazing, giving the cabin a really cozy feel. Lovely shower & enough space for me to practise my yoga daily 🧘♀️. There was oat milk in the fridge for me, & there was a basket with eggs & a lovely bread to welcome us. The shower is nice & spacious. Henry is a really lovely host, attentive, friendly, funny, and well travelled, he recommended us walks and a local pub. The cabin has a really personal touch throughout. The area is surrounded with magical paths, footpaths into fields, some walking across roads, we certainly made the most of it everyday even in the daily rain! I strongly suggest the use of wellies, the little paths can get sodden & one ends up walking in calf deep water.
The stay at sunset cabin hosted by Henry was great. The cabin is just what you need for a peaceful relaxing break. Nice quiet location, beautiful cabin with lovely outdoor space. The log burner is a lovely addition and was already lite when we arrived. Great area with lots of lovely walks and a great pub with excellent food only a 5 minute drive though we decided to walk and only took 25 minutes. A big thank you to Henry for his hospitality and allowing us to stay, highly recommend his cabin for a nice relaxing break.
We choose to stay at Sunset Cabin for our 25th Wedding Anniversary and we're so pleased we did. It is a beautiful cabin in a peaceful location, with lots of walks close by. Henry was a lovely host, really helpful and friendly. Will definitely visit again.

Henry was a great host, lived next door, greeted us on arrival. The cabin was beautiful, peaceful, lovely location. Spotlessly clean. The veranda was lovely to sit out in the evening. The log burner was fantastic, kept the cabin toasty warm. Lots of little touches, everything you’d need for a weekend trip. Would thoroughly recommend. We had a great time.

Located with in a Beautiful hamlet of 5 cottages around a small court yard Sunset Cabin borders a 14th century Priory . Surrounded by county lanes , fields and beautiful walks through the wooded byways.
The Cabin comes with a dedicated parking spot in the yard for quick and easy access to local amenities, There's also some additional parking in front of the cabin, Access is quite tight into the yard smaller vehicles can make it easier we have a vw camper that's no problem so its best to reverse in from the left I can help any time if needed no worries :-)
