房子位置比较偏僻,从路边一个很不明显的小路口进去,晚上更难找到。房间入口在房屋背面,这一点没有提前说清楚。 房子很大很宽敞,装修也很豪华。 房子竟然没有打扫,第一次遇到这种情况,电话沟通协商半个多小时(占用我的国际长途话费),房东不能为我们预定附近的酒店,答应第一晚免费使用(答应第二天操作退款手续),当时已经是凌晨1点,我们也没有办法,只能强忍着,和衣而眠,导致没有休息好。 第二天晚上开始没有了热水,房东不再回复任何消息(包括第一晚退款的手续),不能解决热水问题,导致我们不能洗澡。 只好电话联系爱彼迎平台(又占用了我的国际长途话费),经过几轮沟通最终达成了一致的补偿协议,并已处理完毕。
