Unwind at this cute getaway in west Laramie! This cozy 2-bed, 1.5 bath house includes beautiful backyard views, a large outdoor firepit, and a comfy interior living space full of plants and charm. Quiet split level house tucked away in west Laramie with wonderful backyard field views. Enjoy watching various wildlife, including deer, horses, prairie dogs, squirrels & various birds as you sip coffee & start your day. Very peaceful, quirky little getaway with easy access to Laramie, the Snowy Mountains, or wherever you're headed! Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen to prepare any meal! Includes all tableware and cooking essentials. French Press / Drip Coffee Machine / Toaster / SodaStream / Crock Pot Living Space: Large open upstairs living space featuring lots of light, plants and quirky charm. Comfortable couch / Large Smart TV / Nest chair / Record Player / Bluetooth Speakers *The wood burning stove is not available for use. However, the large private back yard has a large fire pit and custom built sitting area. Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a queen bed and direct bathroom access. Also has private views of the backyard & field beyond. Bedroom 2: The second bedroom has a full bed, desk and 2 chairs Bathroom 1: Full bathroom downstairs with direct access to master bedroom and hallway. Includes shower, bath, first aid kit, hair dryer, straightener. Bathroom 1.5: Half bathroom upstairs. Toilet and sink only. Laundry: Washer & Dryer on site (free to use) Yard: Large, private semi-fenced backyard with large trees and custom fire pit & seating area (fence is open in back to field beyond, dog lead available to use) Parking: Driveway fits 2 vehicles + front of house = 5 parking spots

The area was off of some dirt roads and not what I expected, but the house itself worked great for us. It was clean and comfortable and Naomi was super accommodating. Plus we ending up bringing our 2 little dogs and she had everything set up for them, they had yard space and she even handed us fresh picked strawberries when we checked in :)

quiet neighborhood. Naomi responded within minutes to anything I had to ask. nothing fancy but I felt right at home and it was clean, clean, clean!!

Easy 3 block walk to Kiwanis Park, great for dog walks!
Several neighbors have fields with friendly horses, cows & goats.
In need of a snack? McDonalds, Big D, Dollar General & Wagon wheel liquor all less than 1 mile away
Vehicles are the best way to get around town, not much consistent public transportation available in Laramie.
Traffic is nearly non-existent, parking is generally easy / free.
Lots of street parking available in neighborhood.
In bad weather, roads are regularly closed. (130, 230, 287, 80) If you get stuck here, please message and we'll figure it out! Always check the road conditions before travelling and be cautious
