The property is split over three floors, all with waterfront balconies. It has access to a communal pool and water-front moorings. Our property is located in the heart of Rodney Bay, a very short walk (1 - 2 min) from most amenities. The most beautiful beach in St Lucia (Reduit Beach) is under 5 mins walk away. When inside our gated property the constant refreshing sea breeze makes for a very tranquil and peaceful atmosphere.

Secure and Great location to plenty of places to eat, local shopping and Reduit Beach is close by. House has a gorgeous view of a small marina. Be sure to call ahead to be let in. All in all nice house.
Lovely house and beautiful location looking out on the harbour and the boats. Wonderful to wake up to the view each morning. The house is spacious and comfortable, and ideally places to walk to the beach and restaurants.

We are located in the quiet residential part of Rodney Bay, with very easy access to the bus routes and local amenities. The combination of excellent location, moderate pricing, good clean facilities and spectacular sea views make this property very good value for money.
The A1 bus route which runs from Gros Islet to Castries is 2 minutes walk away. Buses run on average every 2 minutes during the daytime and every 5 - 10 minutes at night. There is a public taxi rank opposite Bay Gardens Hotel, 2 minutes walk away and is opened all day and night, Mon - Sun.

I am British by birth but a St.Lucian national. I have travelled the world and have lived in the UK, Canada and the US. I enjoy meeting new people and experiencing different cultures. I moved to St. Lucia in early 2022 to run my family villa rental business, Cleopatra Villas. My father started the business back in 2007.
