Welcome to your brand new country spa getaway in stunning Lund, BC! Located on a 4.2 acre estate 30 minutes outside of Powell River on the Sunshine Coast, just minutes from the world renowned sailing destination, Desolation Sound. We've recently converted part of our home into a beautiful self contained suite with private access and we look forward to hosting you. Enjoy a romantic getaway or a fun adventure with your (small) family. ;) Powell River is just a short 30 minute drive away and there are many opportunities to explore in the area.

Amazing spot! Peaceful, private, beautiful, the tub is great! ( pack a bit bath salts!) . Great kitchen, lovely shower, comfy bed, warm enough and cozy. Hosts are the bomb! : ) I’d say, rent it! I’m a traveler and have stayed in many AIRBNB’s. Can recommend 100%. Thanks guys!
I needed to book a short stay out of town to hide out and work through some writer's block. This cosy space was exactly what I needed—especially the tub, which was as luxurious as the pictures make it seem! Deep enough to fully submerge and positioned well to watch some television while you relax. I look forward to coming back here soon, perhaps as a stopover on the Sunshine Coast Trail?! This is a great spot just off the highway for an easy getaway.
Alice's suite was a dream and exactly what I needed after a very busy work weekend. She was flexible with check-in and out as I arrived quite late at night. I love the decor, the bath was so nice to have, as well as a full kitchen. It was all just so cozy and lovely I could have stayed forever!
We had a wonderful time. Alice and Rowan were very helpful and the communication was really good. The place is great. Very cozy, Full equipped kitchen, awesome bathtub. Would definitely recommend and hope to be back one day.
Our stay at Alice and Rowam's place was superb. Never expected such a nice suite, new, elegant furnishing with beautiful decorations, nestled amongst the tall evergreen trees of the BC coast. A very quiet and tranquil place, not far from many amenities including shopping, dining, fishing hiking... We were warmly greeted right when we arrived. Any questions we had were promptly addressed. Definitely coming back next year.

You will stay in our private, rural, 4-acre property carved out of the rugged forest of the Sunshine Coast. Down the road to the east is the Okeover inlet with marina, resort, kayak rentals, and the iconic Laughing Oyster restaurant. Five minutes further north on the highway, you'll find yourself in Lund, the quaint harbour village which is the gateway to Desolation Sound, which has some restaurants, grocery store, bakery and marina.
We are walking distance to the Sunshine Coast Trail where amazing hiking awaits in both directions with huge old growth trees, beautiful rivers and wildlife.
You will want to plan to drive around the area to get to the outdoor adventure spots of your choosing. Although the Sunshine Coast Trail is 1 km to the east, there is parking at the trailhead so you can spend more time in the woods and less time on the road.
Powell RIver is 30 minutes to the south where you'll find all amenities including restaurants, shopping malls, ferries and much more. If you plan to stay for a few days. you may want to stop in Powell River to grab groceries on your way as options are slim in Lund proper.
