Nick and Molly’s place was super clean, nice and peaceful. They did a great job putting this place together on their property. Location is near the freeway that takes you to Pismo beach and the other surrounding cities. The drive had great scenery of green mountains and ocean views. This has been the best Airbnb in Arroyo Grande, especially because Molly thought of every minor but important detail for guests to be comfortable.

We had such a wonderful getaway here, we really loved everything about it! We enjoyed the privacy of the home and the convenient location. The bed was so comfortable, the bathroom/shower felt like we were in a spa. Molly was super quick to respond and a great host! Absolutely no complaints here, if you’re thinking about staying.. just stay! It’s so worth it! Thanks again for hosting us, we’ll be back!

We had such a wonderful time at the Coastal Chic Retreat and we're so glad we made the trip. We had a personal emergency at home that might have prevented us even staying at all and we were met with such empathy and care from Molly and Nick. They honestly thought of everything - from the amenities in the kitchen to the bathroom and the comfiest bed! Nick even met us when we couldn't quite figure out how to get the fire-pit working over the weekend. It's also important to note that my husband and I have high standards for cleanliness, and this place was spotless - and loved that it came with a vacuum cleaner which we used during our stay to keep things neat and tidy. In terms of communication, I really appreciated the responsiveness! We can't wait to be back and stay in less stressful circumstances at one of our favourite Airbnb spots we've stayed at (and that's saying a lot considering we've stayed in Airbnb's all around the world)! Husband and I stayed for our babymoon! The inside & outside of the home was beautiful. The bathroom was out of this world (Resort/Spa vibes). Molly made it for a cozy and comfortable stay! The kitchen was huge and the home was extremely clean. Very private. The sunrises in the morning made our stay even that more memorable. Close to the beach. Perfect stay!

Excellent new property - Molly and Nick thought of everything and their guest house feels like an upscale home from the moment you get in. Molly is an excellent host, and always there to help. It was an amazing one-week stay - strongly recommend! Thank you, Molly and Nick!
