What a unique and beautiful home and setting, with an exceptional view of the city. I had all of my siblings coming in for my daughter's wedding, so Darrel's home was perfect. There was an abundance of space for the families to spread out. They were able to walk to the store to pick up groceries and snacks, and cooked meals in the kitchen with all the necessary accessories. Darrel was timely with instructions for check-in and check-out. Great stay and great memories. Thank you.

We were in town for NJCAA Volleyball Nationals and this house was perfect for the 4 families who shared the space! Darrell was super sweet and kind enough to come dig the grill out for us crazy Southerners who don’t know much about prepping for snow😊 we enjoyed having the team over for dinner one night and singing loudly by the fire pit. The night views from upstairs were beautiful. Our Pensacola State Pirates placed #4 in the Nation making it to the Semifinals with a tough draw in the bracket beating the 4 seed and the 5 seed (twice). The #1 seed took us out and went on to win the Tournament (41-0 season). The Freshman parents are looking forward to making it back next year and will be looking to rent Richmond Hill to make some more memories!! Thanks Darrell!!

Such a gorgeous property and not too far from IC. I would recommend this place to anyone!
