1 bed 1 bath with a screened in porch, located 1 mile from downtown Melbourne where you can enjoy all the best restaurants and bars that the area has to offer. Also the house is located less than 10 minutes from the many beach access points and great fishing areas. The screened in porch includes a grill, flat screen tv, and seating arrangements so you can sit back have a bite to eat and watch your favorite movie. We are 1 mile from downtown Melbourne where there're many great restaurants and shops .Also the beach is 1.5 miles from house and if you love fishing the intercoastal rive is very close with bait shops
