I recently stayed at this property with eight family members for my doctoral graduation in Austin. Joe, our host, was exceptionally welcoming, friendly, and proactive in ensuring we had everything we needed. The house and the views were even more stunning in person than in the pictures. Everything was immaculate and the house was fully equipped to provide a comfortable stay for my family and me. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Austin for its comfort and great views.
We had such a great time staying here! The views were stunning and location was very relaxing. We loved the screened in porch which allowed us to spend time outside free from any mosquitoes and other critters. The yard was also the perfect size for lawn games. We didn't have a boat, but wish we did - the private boat ramp and docks would have been perfect for a day on the lake. Home had all the amenities we needed for a long weekend. The only downside was that the driveway is very steep and narrow, however, that is to be expected in the hill country. Overall, a 10/10 experience and would love to stay here again!
Joe’s place is the best for a weekend getaway in a peaceful setting. The house itself is a great space for enjoying the company of family or friends, would definitely come here again. Thank you.
