Place was not as described, noise from nearby traffic made it hard to rest. Second floor smelled like cat urine and one bedroom was not usable due to smell. Repairs are needed through out. We left a day early. I ended up not contacting the owner as we were very busy and the repairs needed would have required me to be there to move my stuff. We only went there to sleep. Very disappointed.

My wife and I want to thank Maxine for the welcoming in person and the flexibility in check -in and check-out that she afforded us. The place was in a very quiet and safe location with parking in the rear of the home and in front of the home as well. The place was as described. Very spacious with two large rooms and plenty of closet space. Although we did not need the AC it was nice to have in each room. The bathroom was very clean and spacious. Loved having rugs going all the way up the stairs, upstairs passageway and bedrooms. The kitchen had all that you needed to have a home cooked meal away from home with all of the cooking utensils and seasoning you need. Last but not lease, it was nice to have TV's in all of the rooms and the living room and dining area were very comfortable and spacious; allowing for some rest and relaxation after a day out and about. Eateries were minutes away and the small town feel was awesome. Backyard was nice to sit during the evening. Thanks Maxine!!

I just want to say everyone at Evolve as well as the guest contact were super sweet. The house was just incredibly old, and most of the amenities felt similar. Outdated, smelled odd. Not a fan. But will I will definitely work with Evolve again because they were incredibly responsive.
