Enjoy our peaceful little island paradise nestled beneath sprawling oaks and scattered palms just minutes from St James City’s restaurants and bars. Just under 1/2 acre is yours to enjoy. Watch the manatees and dolphins swimming in the canal while you grill your catch of the day, or your fresh pick of the day from St James Fish House just down the street! Inside enjoy a fresh new contemporary and stylish cottage with everything you will need to make your stay comfortable, enjoyable and fun! The cottage has just been fully renovated with all new interiors, and patios. You will find it very nicely designed and comfortable with plenty of privacy. There is a gas grill set up outback on the patio just waiting for your skills to arrive! Also a new dock has just been added so bring your boat and head out to some of the best fishing in the USA!

My wife and I fell in love with this place. It's very peaceful, perfect to unwind. You'll get a newly renovated house with everything you need to feel right at home. We were fortunate enough to meet Chris and Iveta, a very nice and friendly couple! They let us use their boat ramp just down the street to get in and out with our Kayak. You can also launch from the backyard, it's very doable! We were sad to leave, but we'll definitely be back. Thanks to Chris and Iveta for a great stay.
Chris and Iveta’s place was everything they said it was. We enjoyed our time there, and look forward to returning. We enjoyed the kayaks, bikes and walking to the restaurants. Highly recommend this place.
We loved living the island life at this house! The house was clean smelled great. Hosts were very responsive with any questions. We saw manatees from the dock and caught some nice fish. We had a great week stay and will be back!
Alles war so fantastisch! Ein sehr schönes Cottage an einem schönen Kanal! Sehr schön dort morgens bei Sonnenaufgang seinen Kaffee zu genießen! Und abends bei Sonnenuntergang einen Rosé! Chris und Iveta sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!

Low Key Tiki, Phuzzy’s and Froggy’s are all open for drinks and dining and the St James General Store is also now open for limited groceries, beer/wine, ice and snacks. About 15 mins away you have 2 major grocery stores ( Publix and Winn Dixie), a CVS and 2 gas stations. Ft Myers airport is about 45 mins away, and Cape Coral which is about 30 mins away is a major city with most all you could need.
Pine island has many interesting things to see and do, and internet searching “things to do on Pine Island” is your best option to see what’s here to see and do.
The neighborhood is a great walking or biking area. You are also about a 10 min walk to bars and restaurants, ( or 3 min car ride). The same for the marina for fishing or boating charters.
