Also a roof top resort style pool, spa & gym BEDROOM 1: The master bedroom features a very comfortable king sized bed topped with hotel quality linen and fresh bath and hand towels, professionally cleaned after every stay. Access to HALF of the built in wardrobes which contains shelving and enough space to store your luggage. Relax in bed with TV and your own ensuite. BEDROOM 2: The second bedroom features a very comfortable queen sized bed topped with hotel quality linen and fresh bath towels, professionally cleaned after every stay. The built in wardrobe contains shelving and enough space to store your luggage. KITCHEN: The fully-equipped kitchen comes complete with an oven, cook top, cooking uutensils, appliances, a fridge and freezer and some basic pantry supplies. LIVING ROOM: Stretch out on the sofa in front of the large TV. Our online guest guide (complete with handy tricks about the property and hints about amazing places nearby) is available to help make your stay a memorable one! ENSUITE BATHROOM: The modern bathroom has a generously sized shower stocked with luxurious body wash, soap, shampoo and conditioner, plus a hairdryer. MAIN BATHROOM ROOM: The modern bathroom has a generously sized shower stocked with luxurious body wash, soap, shampoo and conditioner, plus a hairdryer. LAUNDRY: The laundry features an Aristan 7.5kg Wash / 4.5kg Dryer Combo Machine. Cloths rack supplied also. INTERNET / WIFI: Unlimited free WIFI is provided for your stay. This luxury apartment has a Chromecast setup for your enjoyment during your stay. BALCONY: Accessible from the lounge with big double glazed glass doors is a perfect size balcony. Take in all the action and beauty from the parklands. Also the bird sanctuary next door with access from back building door on Level 1 elevator 1C SUPPLIES: We provide you with a starter pack of essential house hold items such as toiletries, dish washing detergent, washing powder, dish cloths, scrubbing sponge, shampoo, conditioner and toilet paper on check in. You will then need to purchase all necessities for the continuation of your stay. MANAGEMENT: Your host will meet you at the apartment and show you around, as well as answer any question you may have. Check-ins between the hours of 8PM-8AM will incur an extra charge, please message us to enquire. You will be required to complete our Guest Agreement with your check-in details prior to your arrival. All emergency or urgent maintenance and repairs support, which you can contact us about at any time. For support with appliances and WIFI, please refer to your House Guide. Excellent large, spacious apartment with a balcony with view of sports centre. Great rooftop pool, gym and hot tub. 20 minutes stroll or 822 bus outside apt down to lovely Sandringham town and beach. Easy rail ink to Flinders St in CBD, Brighton etc.. Very clean with great toiletries, and all you could wish for in regard to cooking utensils etc. Handy IGP store and cafe next door. Loved our week long stay.
Went down from Sydney for Melb GP. Chose this place because it’s only a few suburbs south east of the city. The building is nicely secluded at the back of the complex and there is a lovely quiet ambiance, with balcony overlooking some sports facilities. The apartment was so clean and comfy, the beds were soft and sleeping in without external noise was bliss. We hired a car and the car spot is secure and directly opposite the lift that takes you to the apartment front door. I am a health nut, and the gym on top floor has some cardio machines, and weights, and you can go for a run down to the beach which is only 2km at the end of the road. Cathy was super friendly and helpful and even left some treats for us upon check in. Definitely returning next time we need a 2 bedder while visiting Melbourne.
The Host Cathy, Alex, and Steve are so nice and friendly - they always respond in a few minutes and provide help actively. Check-in and check-out were easy and smooth. The Apartment It is so clean, tidy, organized and cozy. Cathy has prepared everything you need, making me feel at home. The apartment sits far from the busy road and is very quiet. The beds are so comfortable, and we had perfect sleep. The pool on the roof floor is so NICE! The Surrounding There is an IGA supermarket, some lovely bars and restaurants, and a sports centre nearby within walking minutes. It also comes with a car park, although we did not have a car. There is a bus stop right next to the apartment, and it only takes about 10 minutes to get to the nearby Sandringham or Cheltenham train stations. Overall, staying two nights in Cathy's apartment was a pleasure. I would definitely come back and recommend it to others.
We found this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom ideal is so many ways. It was roomy and had all the things we needed. The balcony was so usable, being tucked out of the wind and direct sunlight. Would absolutely stay again.
We had a relaxing staying here. We loved the views and place was nicely set up. The kids spent most of the time in the heated pool and there are lots of nice places nearby to eat. Thanks for an amazing stay. We will definitely be coming back again!
