This room offers a comfortable single bed with a feather mattress topper, feather pillows and duvet and 100% cotton hotel-quality sheets. Enjoy an extra large screen TV, a single wardrobe with hangers a double chest of drawers for ample storage space and a small makeup mirror. You'll have access to a shared bathroom. A continental Breakfast is included in the rate and is provided on self-service basis in our family kitchen. Coffee/tea, orange juice, milk, cereal, fruit, and toast with butter, jam and marmalade. Guests are welcome to enjoy our lovely garden if the weather permits. Your room is located in a newly built detached Cotswold-stone house, and it's just a relaxing 23-minute walk to Cirencester town centre. KEY FEATURES: Free On-Road Parking: As parking is a little tight around free off-road parking is available on Churn Meadow, please be aware you might not be able to park right outside the property, please find a free space on Churn Meadows or on White Way View. Enjoy my Lovely Garden: Weather permitting, you're welcome to relax in my beautiful garden, complete with garden furniture, one enclosed garden at the back of the house and one facing The River Churn right out side my doorstep! with steps leading down to the river. THE SPACE: My home is perfect for Professionals or business travellers seeking a peaceful location in Cirencester. In your room, you'll find a single wardrobe with hangers, drawers, and an extra blanket. There's a double chest of drawers and a large flat-screen TV. I also provide magazines for your entertainment. The shared bathroom features a heated towel rail, an extractor fan, a rain shower, a hair shower with softened water and a bath with Jack and Jill taps. I also offer body wash and fluffy towels for your comfort. BREAKFAST AND COMMON AREAS: A light self-serve breakfast is served in my family kitchen. If you have any dietary requirements, please let me know in advance. You'll find a spacious dining area in our family kitchen, an enclosed private garden with garden furniture, and a guest fridge that you're welcome to use. If you're travelling with bicycles or motorbikes, I have secure parking options in my small lockable garden shed, please request keys ahead of your stay* GUEST ACCESS: To access your room, simply come in through the gap in the Cotswold stonewall, follow the path until you can't walk any further, and then head up to your room via the front door. Guest access is via a lockbox which is located on the Cotswold stone wall next to the front door. Your lock box has your room name on it. To access your key, align the DIALS to your CHECK-IN DATE DURING YOUR STAY: I may not always be there to greet you, but I'll be just a message away VIA THE AIR BNB APP if you need assistance. As a well-traveled individual who has stayed at many Airbnbs myself, I understand your needs and aim to ensure your comfort during your stay. I genuinely enjoy meeting new people and welcoming them to my home. OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION: For the sake of cleanliness, please REMOVER YOUR SHOES before entering the carpeted stairs and bedroom. You're welcome to bring your own house slippers.
