This is a great property whether you are looking for a quick weekend away or an extended stay! The house itself is clean and has all the comforts at home including comfy beds, a well stocked kitchen, and games for the kids. The patio space was perfect for a meal with a view and the direct river access allowed us to cool off in the water without having to leave the property! Communication was outstanding! We look forward to returning!

We absolutely loved staying at this spot! The house had everything we needed and even exceeded our expectations with all the extra towels and blankets. The rooms were super comfortable and the beds were extra comfy! 10/10 recommend this spot to all the river lovers that enjoy going to bullhead with their family. Thank you Ryan for everything and being so attentive with all our needs.

Nice place, good value right on the river. We were able to dock our boat and keep it there over night. River fluctuates depth. our boats draft is very shallow. River was around 3' deep at shallowest river flow. I would recommend verifying water flow on river prior to just leaving boat there. The river above and below the house can get very shallow and hard to navigate. Always boat at your own risk.
