Could not have been a better stay. obviously the owner has a real flair for interior design because the property is beautiful! (The lighting especially). It is stylish but also so warm and cozy. Super practical too, as a separate washing machine and drier. Very useful storage cupboards too. The patio is a very decent size for dog to have a little wander. The sofa is huge and so comfortable, and great to have such a good TV all set up for streaming services. Bedrooms are really roomy and beds comfy. Kitchen is fantastically well equipped too. And Carla and Rob were so “on it”!. They immediately responded to any questions and so patient. I dropped Carla a message asking if there was a clothes horse for drying clothes (if i didn’t want to use the drier for some garments). Carla confirmed that they did not… but she immediately purchased one and a superb one was delivered within 24 hours! lastly… location… quiet side street but 5 min stroll to town. Highly recommend

Such a cozy warm home away from home. My dog and I really enjoyed our stay here. It has everything you need to settle right in including a well stocked kitchen, a lovely bathroom and an amazing living room with a quality smart TV. Upstairs, the bedrooms are great sizes and the beds are so comfortable! The location is a 5 minute walk to the high streets of Royal Tunbridge Wells and so it is really well positioned but still on a quiet residential street. The selection of shops and restaurants really makes staying here a lovely experience not to mention the beauty of Tunbridge Wells in itself. The hosts are 5 star hosts. They accommodated all of my requests without hesitation and although I had no issues, I felt they would have actively dealt with any that arose. I really can’t thank them enough for letting me feel right at home. This is definitely an Airbnb I would gladly return to for all of the reasons above.
