Das Haus von Rolf ist sehr schön und es gibt sehr viel Platz! Rolf und Carlos sind sehr freundlich und haben und bei allen Fragen und Problemen schnell weiter geholfen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

This is a beautiful house, however: 1. If you have any allergies to mold or mildew you will not be comfortable here. We should have listened to the first review stating the mildew smell. It is still there. 2. I you are looking for a good night sleep, the beds are rock hard and the pillows are stained with body fluids and blankets are old and shedding. 3. If you plan to cook, the pots and pans are worn out and rusty. We would not use them. The coffee pot is old an corroded. The dishes and silverware was nice. 4. Overall the house was not clean. Our feet were black walking around the house barefoot. The second bath shower was dirty and had hair in the drain from previous renters. The handle was broken off so you could not turn on the water. 5. The property manager was never present but sent his Nephew to check us in. When we told him about the conditions at the house he said there was "nothing he would do about it". He did not come to check us out and see the items in this review, but sent his Nephew again. 6. The pictures look great but the house was not. We moved out after a three night stay. (as soon as we found another rental) No refund was offered for the month we paid in advance. This house is not a bargain for half the price.

Rolf’s property is located in a very convenient place. Atenas town is just two minutes away and one of the main highways of the country is 10 minutes away. The place is very quiet and the climate is amazing. It’s a very good and convenient option for a family travel. Carlos (manager) and Ulysses (gardener) were very helpful and fully available.

La casa es dentro de una comunidad cerrada con control y seguridad y eso le da mucho valor agregado a la propiedad!!! De igual manera Atenas es un sitio tranquilo y uno puede estar relajado en la zona!!!
