We had a lovely 2 night stay at Keith and Alison's. The house is beautifully decorated and super clean, in a quiet rural setting. The bed was great! Everything was spotless and actually smelt lovely as soon as we walked in. Very tastefully decorated, a beautiful environment to stay in. Keith and Alison (and Ralph the dog) were extremely welcoming and only too happy to help. Although Stapleford has no ameneties, we found a great little Spar 2 miles away that sold amazing pies, among other things. We went for a cycling weekend. There was provision for bike storage. Thank you for a lovely stay. Highly recommended if you want a quiet retreat.

Wow! What a beautiful place to stay- both inside and out. The property was everything you could want. Warm, cosy, super soft clean bedding & towels, lovely hot shower and more extras than you could possibly need- including a fabulous breakfast basket, lots of bathroom items and logs for the wood burner (although it was plenty warm enough so we didn't need them during our stay) Alison and her husband were very welcoming, giving me advice on a good run route and a local pub to eat out at. They left us to it when we arrived, but were available when we wanted to ask anything, so absolutely were the ideal hosts. The surroundings are beautiful. Peaceful flat countryside- great for cycling and a carp fishery just 5 mins down the road. Newark and Lincoln nearby have lots of places to visit, so I would thoroughly recommend a stay at this Airbnb. Thankyou Alison & Keith for having us and to Ralph the dog for letting us have a stroke or two! We will definitely be back soon.

Really was a 10/10 stay. A beautifully decorated annex to the owners school house next door. So thoughtfully furnished and fabulous views from the upstairs bedroom window over farmland. We had been left a delightful hamper of breakfast products with fresh produce in the fridge which made us feel very welcome. The village was quiet and pretty, the walks plentiful and a couple of pubs in local villages a short drive away.

Alison’s place was beautifully decorated, extremely clean and comfortable. There was a lovely breakfast hamper, nice views out the window and had all the necessities. We had a minor query so messaged Alison and her husband sorted it promptly and did not impact our stay. We would definitely stay again if we were in the area. Highly recommend this property!
