A fully furnished modern apartment with a huge private terrace overlooking a lake and swimming pool. It is located 5 minutes driving from the best beaches of Costa Blanca (Guardamar del segura) and 40 minutes from Alicante airport. Perfect for summer holidays with children and winter stays. Great WIFI and parking garage The space consist of a living room, an open plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a big terrace. Master bedroom: has a double bed, an ensuite bathroom and access to the terrace 2nd bedroom: has 2 single beds and access to the terrace Living room: has an extra double bed folded from the closet All the rooms has an AC (cold and hot). Kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher and a coffee machine dolche gusto Terrace: has a dining table and sun beds

everything as described, very clean apartment, friendly host.
Everything was great! Dari is very kind, helpful and answers all questions. The apartment also corresponds to the photos, the location as mentioned is further from the city, but all places are easily accessible by car. Also, the apartments are taken care of by a wonderful staff, so if you have any questions, you always have someone to turn to. Highly recommended!

A quite neighborhood surrounded by orange plantations located 5 minutes driving from the beach. within 15 minutes walking you will find a few cafes and restaurants and a kiosk where you can buy essentials. Big supermarket is 7 minutes driving.
On sundays there is a huge sunday market (10 minutes walking) where you can find everything from local farmers vegetables to clothes to food court and bars.
Alicante airport: 40 minutes driving
City of Torrevieja: 15 minutes driving
City of Alicante: 50 minutes driving
There is no public transportation so you need to have a car. Parking garage is included in the price
