NO PARTIES/EVENTS This apartment has plenty of space and sunlight. Great place for couples, families or those who are combining travel with work. High speed Wi-Fi, smart TV, and fully stocked kitchen. Once you walk in you'll be treated to STUNNING NYC views and tons of lighting inside the apartment. The kitchen area is perfect for fixing up a quick meal or a family sized feast before going on your adventures in the city. Once you're done eating, our memory foam mattresses will cradle you as you rest like a new born baby. This town is one of the most desired in the proximity of New York City. Not far from the apartment there is an exquisite view of New York City skyline and the Hudson River. The commute by bus to 42nd Street (The Port Authority Bus Terminal) is approximately 10-15 minutes. Only a 1-minute walk from the apartment to the bus stop into Manhattan. There is a ferry that can also be used to go to Manhattan. We are also very close to Hoboken and Jersey City which are very well known for their delicious restaurants with spectacular Hudson River views.

Ben and Graces place was perfect for our needs. Easy access to NY with NJ bus 123, took us straight to midtown in a matter of minutes. The place was In a great location and neighborhood in Union City was nice. Would definitely recommend.
Wow! What an amazing place. Beautiful building and apartment. Absolutely stunning views. Stay here and you will instantly fall in love with NYC and the surrounding area. Amazing experience and great communication with the host.
We ended up staying in John’s apartment for Christmas 2023 and it was brilliant! John jumped into save us after our book accommodation canceled and was incredibly helpful in getting us settled. He (and his brother) went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Everything was clean and as described. Actually, everything was brand new, and the cat paintings are super cute. And the view. The living room looks over to Manhattan and we spent most evenings enjoying the view. 5* all the way. Manhattan was a 14 mins bus ride away and the bus stop was just 3 mins away. There are a few small grocery stores and Wholefoods is a short Uber away. I recommend Fork Hill Kitchen for dinner (just at the end of the block). Whether you’re exploring NJ or NYC, I recommend this apartment.
The apt is perfect with great location - 15mins bus to manhattan time square. It is tidy and quiet. John is super responsive and helpful with all my questions and inquiries. We really enjoy our stay here. It is definitely a great place to choose for family and small group of friends.
