Ramon was extremely nice and I appreciate the added touches like the water, wine, and smart tv with Netlix and other streaming platforms. The place is decorated well and I loved that one of the bedrooms had two beds. My niece and nephew stayed with me so it was perfect. The cons: Ramon needs a new cleaning company because they didn’t do a good job. When I checked out the bathroom, I was hit with wafts of urine. Like someone or their pet had peed on the rug or constantly missed the toilet bowl. I wasn’t sure where it was coming from so I moved the rug and mopped with Lysol spray and napkins. It didn’t help. The same smell was on one of the couch pillows and when my nephew got there he said the same thing about one of the throws. The floors were so dirty that they left my feet black and they were sticky in certain areas as well. I killed about 8 bugs because the front door is too short for the frame. Bugs walked through the gap under the door with ease.

Clean condo. Condo smelled great. Included amenities like clean towels, bottle of wine and water, poopouri spray and extra shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the restroom were a nice touch. Restroom was very clean as well. Parking behind the condo was safe & convenient. Host was friendly and responsive with clear instructions. Would book again.

great place in neighborhood close to South Congress

Perfect place for a siblings trip with my two brothers. Three of us were comfortable in the space, they shared the bedroom with 2 beds and I got my own room with the queen bed. Nice bathroom with great shower pressure. I’m a light sleeper and there was a bit of street noise behind us but I was good with my earplugs I normally wear anyways - my brothers didn’t notice the noise. The actual street the building is on was quiet though. We were all travelling from Canada and Ramon was flexible letting my brother check in early as he had limited flight options. We rented a big pick up and didn’t have issues parking on the street, although I believe there was parking behind the building available as well. Admittedly I didn’t explore the area too much as headed downtown to meet friends. It was close enough to Bird scooter all the way home from East 6th street haha (which we learned was less economical than Uber lol). A quick uber anywhere you’d want to go around Austin. Would highly recommend!

Ramon was a great host and the apartment was perfect. Easy access, close to grocery stores, and all the cool places in SoCo. Very clean, the beds are comfortable. Great wi-fi connection. I would definitely come back.
