Beautiful 2 bedroom carriage house on 10 acres. This gorgeous property is just the right spot to get away from the noise, but is close to everything. We also have a larger main 3 bedroom farmhouse available so If you have a larger party we can accommodate you! Check availability and request a booking for both! Just 2 miles from Downtown Watkinsville, 3 miles to Wire Park to enjoy live music, a meal, watch the game, and shop. And only 9 miles to Sanford stadium at UGA!

The Farmhouse & the Carriage House were perfect for our family weekend. The homes were lovely, comfortable, & had everything we needed. The property was spacious & surrounded with ChristmasTrees … beautiful!! Robbie & Stephanie were great hosts. They responded quickly to any questions & set up the bedrooms for our family needs. I would definitely stay with them again!
This house is well worth a visit. Upon driving down a tree lined driveway, you will arrive at the carriage house in a pretty open field. Robbie and Stephanie are proactive to help you get familiar with the house amenities and have it in pristine condition. The beds in both rooms upstairs are exquisite. The shower water pressure is great too. The location on old bishop road is very convenient (like 5 minutes) to get to and from Watkinsville restaurants and only about 15 minutes to Athens.
We loved it and didn’t want to leave! Robbie and Stephanie had everything we needed and more. Very friendly and responsive. Cozy place with beautiful land. We can’t wait to come back!
