Noise from the adjacent master bedroom unit was unexpected. However, Mataya communicated well and committed to improvements. It was a great value and we were overall happy with our stay.
Nice place! Very clean, close to freeways, shopping, and food.

Quiet and very friendly neighborhood with many retailers and restaurants nearby. Spring Valley Shopping Center has a drive-thru Starbucks, Albertson’s grocery store, Rite-Aid, Big Lots, Dollar Tree, Chase Bank, Autozone and Petco.
One parking space available in the driveway as well as plenty of street parking. Very close to 125, 805 and 5 freeways and only 15-20 minutes to the beach, downtown San Diego and Sea World depending on the time of travel.
