Short walking distance to the beach, cafe's, supermarket, restaurant and bars, cinema. Walk up one flight of stairs to your front door. On this level you have the kitchen, living area which leads to private patio and dining table. Full bathroom with shower. The queen sofa bed is on this level. The King size bed is upstairs with ensuite bathroom and patio. Tall wall mirror. The washer and dryer is located in the upstairs bathroom. Bathroom has LED mirror, change brightness, anti fogging. Enjoy luxurious Egyptian cotton bed linens and quality towels.

Kim’s place was Great! We had a wonderful stay. The view on the lagoon and yacht club is just mesmerizing. Everything was on point and it respected the description. Kim was so kind by letting us drop our luggage couple hours before the check-ins, we really appreciated the gesture. Kim was very responsive and proactive when there was something, it’s a safe place since its private and gated. It gives a peace of mind feeling. We will definitely book again when we comeback to Sint Maarten. Also, its in proximity to restaurants, grocery market and bars. We recommend this place!!
Fantastic. Apartment is fully accommodating, prime location. Exceeds expectations. My first Airbnb experience, but not my last! A 10 out of 10 experience: the unit, location, and host Kim whom I actually met.
Perfect location, we were able to walk to several restaurants. Condo was clean and comfortable. Gated security was nice too. Communication with Kim was good. Would love to return.

Très beau logement tout concordait avec les photos et même plus !! Tout est à proximité autant l’épicerie et les restaurants. Nous recommandons fortement ce logement. Merci à Kim pour son accueil chaleureux, très réceptive à nos demandes.

Central location. 3 minutes to nearest beach. Supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, pub and cafes all within easy walking distance 2 - 5 minutes. Cinema close by too.
A car is always great to get out and explore and see the French side of the island as well.
But you don't need one staying in this location as you can walk to so many places if you wish.

I've lived on islands for the last 26 years and I absolutely love my life here in St Maarten. Having the French and the Dutch side its a whole new experience! So easy to meet people and make such lovely new friends. If you enjoy dancing then you must try Salsa lessons on a Tuesday night held at Soggy Dollar, with a Salsa night following on!
