Welcome to our 4 bed/2 bath beach home, just steps away from the sandy shores of Fenwick Island State Park & Little Assawoman Bay. This inviting home is perfect for families looking to escape their busy lives & relax in a serene coastal setting. With ample space for 10 guests, our home has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Lounge on the beach & soak up the sun, then unwind in the peaceful ambiance of "Seas the Day". Your Host & Cohost are available and excited to host you soon! "Seas the Day" is an inviting retreat just steps away from the beach. The ocean views from our home are breathtaking. We are a "pet friendly" rental that allows a max of 2 house trained dogs. The living room is warm and welcoming, with comfortable seating and a cozy atmosphere that's perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach. Bedroom 1 has a king bed. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed plus futon. Bedroom 3 has a twin over twin day bed with futon. Bedroom 4 is our kids bedroom that has a twin over full bunk, with twin trundle and futon. (Linens/Towels are not provided). The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare delicious meals with an Island that offers additional counter space and modern appliances to make cooking a breeze. The home features two decks that are perfect for soaking up the sun, having a BBQ, enjoying a morning coffee or an evening cocktail, and taking in the stunning ocean views. Whether you're watching the waves crash against the shore or simply enjoying the sea breeze, these decks are the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Our home is in an amenity filled community. There is a community pool (opens seasonally) and tennis court. We provide 2 beach wagons, 5 beach chairs, 3 boogie boards and beach toys for your enjoyment. We do not provide beach towels. "Seas the Day" is a perfect retreat for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the beauty of the coast. With comfortable accommodations, a fully stocked kitchen, and two inviting decks with direct ocean views, you'll have everything you need for a memorable and enjoyable stay. **Pets are not to be left in home or yard alone, and pets must be 30lbs or less, unless approved by owners prior to booking and pet fee must be paid** **No parking allowed underneath the home** **We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance when booking your stay.**

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! "Seas The Day" was everything we wanted and needed and more! Rebecca was an amazing host, and the home was absolutely impeccable! if anyone has anything negative to say about this airbnb or the host, they are literally just nit-picking because there is absolutely nothing to complain about! I will definitely be booking again for future trips to Fenwick. Thank you, Rebecca and family, for opening up your beautiful home for families like mine to enjoy! If I could give you infinite stars, I absolutely would!
Wow! What can I say! Laurell (the point of contact) goes above and beyond to make the experience even incredible. Laurell made us feel right at home. She responded quickly when we reached out. Not only was the host great, but the house is amazing! The views are outstanding, the coffee bar is a dream to wake up to, the proximity to good restaurants, and the incredible amenities the community offers makes this place a real gem. It's clean, well organized, and fully stocked down to individualized condiments. What more can you ask for. If you're considering staying here, I guarantee you won't be disappointed.
This place is clean, beautiful, peaceful, well-maintained, and we felt right at home! Everything about our stay was perfect. Rebecca really goes above and beyond to make sure that everything is just right, down to the smallest details. We will be staying here again for many more vacations!
Rebecca’s place was so beautiful! The house was spotless! There was plenty of room for our group.The kitchen had everything you needed to prepare meals . The beds were very comfortable. Great views of the ocean and the bay. The beach is right across the street. Very easy to cross !

Quiet development across the street from Fenwick Island State park and on little Assawoman Bay.
Free parking for up to 4 cars -You will have to cross the street to access the beach. We do provide a wagon to help you carry your belongings or small children to make crossing easier. If you do not want to cross, 1/2 mile down the road is Fenwick Park. You can park there then head to the beach.
