Kudos to our hostess, Kathleen, for accurate description and photos of this house, its amenities, and nearby things to do and explore. The yard and roomy central areas of the house were comfortable for uncrowded get-togethers. Plus, the layout gives nice spots for quieter relaxation. We sure enjoyed the nearby parks, natural areas, and restaurants. Kathleen’s responsive replies plus the convenience of a clean place, well-supplied kitchen, things to keep children occupied, beach towels, and a large laundry room rounded out our positive experience. The inside is spacious and comfortable to lounge in. Kathleen was gracious to accommodate our requests and even left the kayaks, beach chairs, cooler and sand buckets out for our enjoyment. As was clearly stated by the owner the train track is near. If you can use the provided earplugs or sound machine you will be fine. If you are a light sleeper and don’t like to use earplugs or a sound machine it might bother you Kathleen was a joy to work with.

My only comment would be a heads up regarding the close proximity of the train tracks. we arrived very late our first evening and the train noise was startling the first night. they do have white noise generators , but we didn't use them due to the lateness of our arrival and not realizing the noise level of the train. other than that, it was a spacious and clean home and the location was perfect for us.

Thank you Kathleen for being a great host. The house was everything that we needed for a relaxing vacation/crew moms trip. The house is exactly as the pictures show. Kathleen is a wonderful and responsive host. We hope to be back next year.

Kathleen was a great host. Very responsive in communication and lots of recommendations for the area. The home was cleaned and had everything we needed and some extras. Special thanks for the extra waters in the fridge:)
