Condesa Oasis features 5 levels, divided as follows: First level: Bedroom 1 with a king-size bed, a small sitting area, a full bathroom, and a closet. Second level: Living room, dining room with a walnut-finished round wooden table for 6 people, a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, extraction hood, refrigerator, microwave, sink, dishwasher, a balcony with greenery, and a round oak-finished table for 6 people. It also has 2 swings anchored to a large trunk embedded in the reinforced concrete walls and a half bathroom. Third level: Bedroom 2 with a double bed, a closet, a full bathroom, and an interior terrace with a small table and a 60" smart TV. Fourth level: Bedroom 3 with a double and a single bed, a full bathroom, a closet, and a 60" smart TV. Bedroom 4 with 2 double beds, a full bathroom, a 60" smart TV, and a coat rack. It also has a small interior terrace with a table and 2 chairs. Fifth level: Terrace with 2 tables for 10 people, 2 armchairs, and a coffee table. Bedroom 5 with a king-size bed and a full bathroom.

Our trip to Mexico City was amazing, and it started with our awesome accommodations. We couldn’t have asked for a better location or for more comfortable digs! Our hosts supplied everything we needed and then some. Hopefully, this wonderful home will be available for our future trips!
Very lovely space. Centrally located. The penthouse room and outdoor space is beautiful. You can hear guests in their next-door property, especially if it’s a bigger group, but it wasn’t too bad. Otherwise, we really enjoyed the space as a group and would recommend.

Beautiful house in a central, safe and lovely location. Lots of restaurants, bakeries and little boutiques nearby. Dave and Nat were very responsive and the house had character and was clean and well cared for. It's also quite large- 5 bedrooms- so can accommodate a large family or 5 couples. We had plenty of room for our family of 5 (all adults). There's some noise, but not bad, and the bedrooms on the non-street fronting side are very quiet. One item of note, for anyone who has mobility or altitude issues, this house has a lot of stairs (5 floors). Guessing this won't matter to most people, but worth noting for those who struggle on that front, or maybe have toddlers. Great place overall.

It is situated between Roma and Condesa; close to public transportation that takes you from the city center to the south of the city. You can walk everywhere, there are hundreds of restaurants, cafes and dozens of bars. You are also surrounded by art and culture. Whether you're here for business or pleasure, this home is the perfect base for exploring all that Mexico City has to offer.

Even if you are going to Av. Reforma or the historic center, you can do it on foot or on bike since it is very close and everything is connected.
You have access to the metro and metrobus about two blocks away. UNBEATABLE LOCATION! You can use this transportation to go to Coyoacán and farther away.
I also recommend using the public bike system called Ecobici, as it is very worthwhile to ride a bike around the city.
