Mike was exactly what you want from an Airbnb host. Responsive, flexible, and incredibly accommodating. The property is located in PGA West, and the house is located directly on 18th hole, leaving you with unobstructed views from the backyard . The house itself is spacious, and the rooms are separated from the main living area so it’s perfect for families with children because the little ones can nap in peace, and you can still enjoy yourselves in the main living area. The pool is perfect, and being on the 18th hole you’re sure to make friends if you’re enjoying yourself by the pool with a cocktail - we certainly did. It is important to note that since this property is in PGA West, you’re about 15 minutes to the nearest grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, etc.., but if you enjoy seclusion and privacy then this property is for you. Definitely plan on staying at the one of Mikes properties during my next trip to the dessert.
Great Pool and view from the backyard
Our stay was amazing! Loved the house and pool and the location on the 18th hole was perfect.
As soon as we booked the location, Mike sent a few messages to make sure we were good to go. He checked in about renting golf carts and if we needed anything else. Instructions for check in was clear and easy. The property is just like the pictures. a kitchen looking out to a beautiful patio and infinity pool with amazing views of the golf course. There is no fence in the backyard which we really liked because we had unblocked views of the mountains, golf course and water on the golf course. Plenty of towels for swimming, showering, and a well stocked and clean kitchen to do everything from grilling to making pasta! Plenty of books, mini arcade, games and swimming for the kids. It was a great stay and we recommend it!

We are minutes from PGA West with five public courses to choose from, as well as SilverRock Resort, an Arnold Palmer Classic Course, another terrific local option. In January, you can walk to the Stadium course to watch the pros play in The American Express Golf Tournament.
Tennis fans - in March, you'll be minutes away from the 5th largest tennis tournament in the world, the BNP Paribas Open in Indian Wells, which draws the top-rated men and women tennis players in the world.
Tennis and pickleball players - the Fritz Burns park is 10 minutes away with 6 tennis courts and 8 pickleball courts lit and open from Dawn until 10 pm.
Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals are the main attractions in April, both taking place at the famous Empire Polo Grounds.
Close by is the famous El Paseo and Old Town La Quinta areas with excellent dining and shopping options.
Ralph’s is the closest supermarket, about 5 minutes away, and Trader Joe's is also nearby. Highway 111 is the home to Costco, Target, Coffee Bean, and Starbucks, among many local favorite restaurants and shopping. Less than 10 minutes from the I-10, you can quickly head to Palm Springs, nearby casinos, Joshua Tree National Park, and other Coachella Valley destinations.
