Patricia is a great host and made sure we had a great stay for our family vacation with the little ones. The house is clean and spacious. The neighborhood is safe and pleasant.

Patricia and the house we wonderful! She was kind and helpful . Easy to communicate with. Had plenty of bath linens, blankets, and pillows. Closet space was great! Double sinks in the upstairs was wonderful!

if you're looking for a quiet, safe neighborhood to stay in, we highly recommend patricia & lars'. the house was fully stocked with everything we needed during our stay--utensils, pots/pans, toaster, laundry detergent, etc. and near many shops. we really appreciated how responsive and helpful the hosts were. the pet policy was very reasonable, as our two, well-trained dogs didn't need to be kenneled when we would go out, which made them--and us--feel so much more comfortable. they thoroughly enjoyed the private backyard and playing indoors to their hearts' content. it was truly our home away from home.

what a wonderful stay. we loved the house - it had everything we needed, what was great were some of the small attention to details, like having packets of sugar, dishwashing liquid. It was also close to all the places we needed to be and such a nice relaxing neighborhood. we will definitely stay again if we go back to the area.

The place was perfect for families. The house was spot on to the pictures and we felt very at ease in the space. The kids loved the foosball table and the game options. Very accessible to areas of interest, shopping, and restaurants. Host was very supportive and no cleaning demands made it a breeze.
