The south downs national park is only a 5min walk away from the studio, the Brighton amex stadium is also within walking distance of approximately a 25mins walk. You'll have exclusive access to your own private garden studio/separate entrance down the side of the house. Simple, cosy, compact, comfortable room containing a wonderfully comfy sofa bed, two chairs, a table, tea-making facilities, fridge, a cupboard with basic supplies. Eating in: There is a small kitchen which contains air fryer/microwave/toaster but no oven, there are plates, cutlery for lunches / breakfasts, along with salt, pepper, oil and sauces. You have your own entrance and key, and your own en-suite bathroom. BBQ: You can use the BBQ without charge by bringing your own coals. With advance agreement we often have spare coals. CAUTION! Please note that the house is serviced by a septic tank which means that it is ESSENTIAL that nothing other than toilet paper is flushed down the toilet. Bins and bags are provided. Guest access ACCESS & INFORMATION FOR THOSE WITH DISABILITIES: As the property is very privately tucked away, there is no vehicle access. This means guests will park on the street and then need to walk from their car through a gate, and down a few steps on a footpath to reach the property: depending on where you park, this will only be a maximum of 100meters away.
