Great place, close to walking around. Host was great - everything was great. Note: bed is on the firm side - overall wonderful & clean and would def be back.

Beautifully decorated space! Fun brewery across the street with plenty of other great restaurants/shopping within walking distance. The AC works well and with the fan set up in the hallway it helped move the cold air into the bedroom. I think it’s worth mentioning that the bed was hard as a rock and the pillows were thin and uncomfortable. I didn’t get much sleep at all unfortunately. Also there are trains almost constantly going by, I found I didn’t notice it much and it would not deter me from staying again. However the bed would. Another inconvenient/disappointing part of my stay was that the elevator was broken. This unit is on the 6th floor…so lots of stairs to climb and the stairwells were filled with a shocking amount of trash. Hopefully the elevator is working for future guests! The internet also went out and I was unable to locate the router to restart it. Bit of a bummer. In conclusion; beautiful space with a beautiful view. Just missed the mark on a few important things.

We actually were moved to a 1-bedroom 1-bathroom version of this apartment. Elisabeth informed us there was water damage in the apartment above the 2-bed 2-bath apartment we had rented. So while we were disappointed and one of us had to sleep on a non-fold-out couch, there was really nothing wrong with the apartment. The neighborhood was where we wanted to be, entrance with code was easy, the bldg was clean and felt safe. Sadly there were no grocery stores nearby and my friend was hoping there would be tea bags supplied--there were not. There were Keurig cups though. Just FYI, if you are expecting AirBNBs with full kitchens to have food staples, this one does not, except for Keurig coffee pods. But if we had a car to get to a grocery store, the kitchen was fully supplied with pots and pans, etc. The train noise isn't quite the calming train whistle you might hope for, there's a lot of shrieking metal on metal noise. It didn't bother us but others might disagree.

Elisabeth is an amazing host! We were able to do early check-in which was super helpful! However when we arrived the place wasn’t quite ready, but she responded right away and her team took care of it immediately! We were able to drop our luggage and head to the store and when we returned the place was absolutely spotless! (She even sent us a gift card for coffee!) Both Elisabeth and her team are extremely kind and professional! I highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a place close to downtown!
