The original wood floors and log walls exude rustic charm, harmoniously complemented by modern bathrooms and furnishings. Our professionally decorated home features carefully selected vintage pieces that add character to every corner. Each bedroom boasts a comfortable mattress, a guest favorite, ensuring a great night's sleep. The beds are dressed in eco-friendly luxury bamboo cozy sheets, prioritizing your comfort. Outdoor enthusiasts will delight in our 5-acre property with a picturesque view. The brick paver patio is equipped with a dining table, grill, and comfortable lounge seating, while a fire pit on the side patio, surrounded by Adirondack chairs, provides the perfect spot for gathering and enjoying the serene pond vista. Our personal favorite, the front porch, is a gem with a rocking chair and a breakfast table. The kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking needs, complete with amenities such as a blender, toaster, serving dishes, and a Keurig coffee maker. In the first-floor bathroom, you will discover a walk-in shower equipped with a refreshing rain head. In this bathroom, there is a small closet stocked with additional amenities to enhance your comfort during your stay at Creekfield. Our living room, known as the Cabin Room, is the heart of the original historic log cabin from the 1700s. It's a well-lit central area inviting you to gather for games or enjoy a cozy movie night. Sink into the comfort of a new sectional sofa as you unwind in front of the 50" flat screen TV equipped with Netflix, Apple, HULU, and more. The room also features a wood-burning stove and a cozy reading nook with a lounge chair. This room includes a desk space if needed for any work or writing sessions. The primary bedroom offers a king bed with a soft mattress, custom wood dresser and linens, Smart TV, and an en suite full bathroom with a large walk-in shower and soaking tub. Its windows provide lovely views of both the front and back yards. Bedroom 2 features an en suite Smart TV, closet, and a full bed with a comfy mattress and all new linens. A full bath is located just outside the door. Bedroom 3, the bunk room, is perfect for kids, although you'll need to climb a ladder to reach the top bunk. Again, a full bath is located just outside the door. For your convenience, we've provided a large washer and dryer in the hall outside the primary bedroom. Please note that the attic and rustic basement cellar are primarily used for HVAC and plumbing equipment, so for your safety, please avoid these areas, as the ceilings are low and stairs are steep. Stay connected with our Wi-Fi and enjoy music with the provided bluetooth music players. Our new HVAC system offers multi-zone AC and heat controlled by an Ecobee thermostat. During winter, we recommend using the wood-burning stove for maximum comfort, and we provide plenty of free firewood for our guests. Feel free to explore our peaceful 5-acre property, located on Paxson Road. It's a quiet road with other homes visible from certain spots of the property, and you may see cars driving by. Paxson Road is ideal for walking and mountain biking, offering beautiful scenery to enjoy during your stay.
