Really enjoyed our stay at Dales place. It was very clean and tidy. We felt right at home there. Dale was always on hand too, when we werent sure of something. Would highly recommend and would love to stay there again in the near future.

Exactly as described. Everything new and clean inside. Comfortably fitted 6 of us. Convenient location we near a supermarket and small shop. Bedding was clean but smelt very strongly of chemicals, too strong for me and I was worried to put my newborn baby on the sheets incase it irritated her skin. Beds were very soft but comfortable enough. The neighbours are HELL. We did stay on a Saturday night so this is possibly the issues. My husband was running the marathon the next day, although I understand this is out of Dales control, but take ear plugs just incase. They partied and karaoke’d until late. It was as if we were in a night club with them. The walls are paper thin. It was extremely disruptive and did disturb our night sleep, less than ideal before a marathon! Otherwise would have been a pleasant stay!

We were very impressed with the host and the property. Very clean and modern deco, great links to the motorway etc. The only downside as communicated with the host (1) the lack of WIFI (2) no microwave. The above would have made our family of 6 more at home. Otherwise great service - pleased.

Great place to stay and local to the town centre - only 5 minutes in an Uber. Host was amazing and very flexible. The place was very clean. Would stay again.
