I had a great stay at Julianne’s place. She was very helpful, accommodating, and responsive. Her place was clean and cozy and well situated near Market Street and the heart of Ballard. Good Wi-Fi, tv, etc. The bed is probably not well-suited to two people, but it was perfect for me as a solo traveler.
Exactly what we needed for a trip to Seattle and an easy walk to bus stops and shops.
This was a perfect place for weekend getaway for 2. Clean and comfortable and within walking distance to all things fun in Ballard. Julianne was a great host and I look forward to coming back.
A great little space that we felt right at home in. Ballard is lovely and Julianne’s is right in the heart of the good stuff. Stayed in Spring so it was a little cold outside but I can imagine sitting out in the garden in the Summer being absolutely gorgeous!
Sweet little backyard cottage with everything you need. Great neighborhood with lots of history and interesting sights.

Ballard is a hip yet historic waterfront neighborhood with deep Scandinavian and maritime roots. You'll find tons of options for some of the best restaurants, bars, and indie shops in Seattle. In addition to a bustling downtown area, Ballard also boasts the Nordic Heritage Museum, the sandy beaches of Golden Gardens Park, and boat and salmon-viewing at the Hiram M. Chittenden Locks and fish ladder.
Guests with cars can easily find free unrestricted street parking in our neighborhood. Ballard is a biker's paradise with a Bike Score of 91, and the nearest bus stops are only a 5 minute walk away with easy access to Downtown Seattle, Fremont, Wallingford, and University District.
